TruckOn Leather Co. Return & Repair Policy
Due to the unique, handcrafted nature of our products, all sales from TruckOn Leather Co. are considered final. Our policy is based on ensuring the quality of our craftsmanship while recognizing the distinct characteristics of custom leather goods.
1. Customization and Expected Variation
Every item built by TruckOn Leather Co. is customized and assembled by hand. For this reason:
Finish Variation: All pieces will inherently vary slightly in finished look—including color saturation, stamp depth, and overall appearance—compared to photos or previous pieces. This natural variation is not considered a flaw or basis for a return.
Patina and Wear: Leather is a natural material designed to age beautifully. The development of patina and character over time and use is an expected and desirable trait of genuine leather and is not eligible for repair or return.
Paint Disclaimer: Please understand that paint will flake or chip with normal, expected use. This is not considered a manufacturing flaw.
2. Repair Policy (Damaged or Flawed Items Only)
We will gladly repair items that were verifiably shipped damaged or contain a construction flaw upon arrival.
Eligibility:
You must contact TruckOn Leather Co. within seven (7) days of delivery to report shipping damage or a construction flaw.
Repair Process:
Contact us immediately with photos of the damage or flaw.
If the item is deemed eligible for repair, the buyer must pay the shipping cost to return the item to TruckOn Leather Co. for inspection and repair.
TruckOn Leather Co. will cover the cost of the repair work and the return shipping back to the customer.
3. All Other Returns and Exchanges
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for items based on customer preference, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with the natural variations detailed above.
